The air from the freezer is cold but very little comes out.

The "why" has already been answered a number of times so how do I remove
the control housing? One side looks like it might have catches but every time I don't know what I'm doing & try to take some thing apart, I break it.

The parts diagram doesn't help a lot

Thanks a lot!

Try to adjust the freezer temperature control. By turning toward a lower number, you increase the flow of cold air into the fresh food compartment.
