LG WM2277HW washer with LE error. machine new in Nov 2004 / s/n 406KW.00158. Nov 2011 we started getting LE error / we replaced 4681EA2001D motor assy pump / 6501KW2002A sensor assm-hall sen and 6501FA2462C sensor assembly. and enjoyed some success.
LE error recently presenting itself again. Machine fills w/water but the driver motor does not rotate the drum either direction and after 3-4 minutes the machine indicates "LE"...no unusuale noises.
We did have trouble with door as well and have fixed that.

Hi.

Check if there any water leak at the rear bearing onto the sensor.
Check all the connections at the sensor, control board, harness.

Simon.

Simon the machine is dry as a bone inside of it. We have had it unplugged for 36-48 hours and we just now plugged it in and set it for quick load which wants 30 minutes....it filled with water...and at count down 29 minutes the drum did not move and the display flashes ""LE""

Hi.

Like I said check the wire harness (lower harness), positioning sensor, plugs at the control board. Use the tech sheet to run the test.

Simon.
