Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/28/2009(UTC) Posts: 1,648		The start relay is most likely bad. Unplug the refrigerator, the start relay plugs into the side of the compressor. Remove it and shake it, if it rattles when you shake it, it is bad and needs replacing. Refrigerator repair guide

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/28/2009(UTC) Posts: 1,648		The cover off the back of the freezer. Once off you should see coils, there should be frost on the coils. Tell us if the frost is heavy or light and if it cover the entire coils or not. Alos does the fan in the freezer run?
