I have tried to look at the schematics and the owners manual for a clue but , no such luck. I am officially clueless. any ideas?

You need to open the rear panel in the freezer to access the drain. Blow dryer, hot water and some air blown into the drain should help. Thank you. Post the results. Simon.

I was hoping it was an easy fix since we just decided to use the last of our refund on new porch windows. We are planning on replacing it but that wasn't in this years plan at all. It has been working without a glitch for many years now. This has been our first issue with it other than replacing things the kids have broken!
