Hi there, I installed this machine just 6 months ago, after it was in storage for a year. Last few days it hasn't been washing properly. So many symptoms its hard to know where to begin but seems the arms aren't turning. Have checked that the holes are not blocked. Water flows, but not strong enough?

What I'd really like help with at this point is the diagnostic codes (repair manual? I wish!). The ones to be found elsewhere on the net are generally for SHI/U, mine is SHE.

I seemed to get it to cycle through the test diagnostics (not entirely sure how I did it, can't be sure that's even what happened!). Took about 20 mins, cycled through 1 to 7 and has just finished and is reading 0, Regular Wash light flashing (I pressed it and nothing happened). Does that mean anything to anyone?

Thanks a lot!

Check the water level inside the dishwasher. It suppose to be about 1" in depth. If there is enough water, replace the circulation pump.

- The circulation pump Part number: 442548
Part number: 442548

Well that's a little embarrassing. I got a tecchie out to take a look (I am in Ecuador where there are no Bosch people so I didn't have much hope) and it turns out the supply hose was trapped under the machine, which had shifted. So it was a pretty easy solution.

Sorry to waste your time, but thanks a lot for it!

You are welcome. I'm glad it was such simple fix.
