i need a new thermal coupler for my gas oven. the model number is GSC-1S and the serial number is G4 68322 ; it was put in the house around 1974. it was manufactured by gray and dudle co. in nashville, tn. my email is eku1211@att.net and my cell is 606-226-1327; please let me know if you can help. you may also text.

what you need is a limit switch with a probe.
I have the same oven, and mine went as well.
\i installed a $10 limit switch beside the pilot and ran asbestos covered wires to the wires for the burner. Looks ugly but works for now.
Will continue to look for the part, my probe is soldered to the switch, I may try to unsolder it and try a different probe, the switch may be good and the probe bad.

I have photos if you want them or can help finding the part.
