The freezer has been thawing and refreezing. I put a digital therm. in it for 24 hours and the temps ranged from a min of -21 to 67 degrees. There are no local GE repair services so a non GE appliance repairman and friend came to help. All fans, condenser, damper door etc are operative. we are guessing it
must be the motherboard but this is just that.....a guess. any other suggestions for Dx. Thanks.

Most likely the problem is a bad main board and/or the freezer thermistor.

- The part number for the main board is AP3950129

- The part number for the freezer thermistor is AP3185407
