the timer in the washer get stock sometimes in the wash cycle or sometimes in the last spin and it never stop, what can I do?????

I am not familiar with this model, so the advice is somewhat generic.
First of all if it is less than one year old see if it is covered by mfg warranty.
If not try changing out the control board or the electronic control.
