Frig is located in a summer camp and does not run in winter and it is unheated. Started it this May and unit is warm, lights work, turned controls down that stop the fan in the freezer, compressor fan in running but not the compressor. I have 120 at the compressor relay. I thought it may be the mother board. Went thru a fan motor diagnostics at the connector on mboard. Everything checked out but condenser fan test were I got 13.49VDC at pin 3&5, voltage should be 12VDC. I didn't take the relay off to shake to see if it bad. Some one told they felt it was the relay or overload and not the mboard. The problem the camp is a few hours from me and would like to have all parts with me. The problem beening the mboard is over $100. Any help would be appreciated.

Measure the voltage between the klixon overload pin and the ptc fridg input wire pin. Should be 115 volts.
