Hi. I've been having this problem for several months now and am about to pull my hair out. The dryer wouldn't start, but there was power going to the timer still. I checked the door switch by bypassing it and that didn't fix it, so I ordered a new timer which I was told would take 4 days. A month and a half later I finally got the timer(meanwhile having to pay someone at a Chinese laundry a ridiculous amount of money to launder my clothes since at home is the only time I can manage to get it done myself) and now I have a working timer but no schematic anymore cause I lost it. Maytag is 100% absolutely no help in that area, they won't send me a new hard copy OR email a PDF or something of it to me. PLUS I'm not an electrician and didn't know how to read it anyways. I am wondering if someone can tell me which color wire connects to each terminal on the dryer timer. Thank you so much.

I have the same problem. I don't know which wires go where. Can someone help?
