My refrigerator isn't getting things cold anymore. The freezer won't even freeze ice cubes in a tray. When I bought ice cream it just melted. I have cleaned the coils only underneath the refrigerator. I didn't know if there were any others that needed to be cleaned. Around the inside frame of the freezer door it is extremely hot. I read somewhere that it might be the overload relay. Any help you can give would really be appreciated. Thanks so much!

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for Kenmore 10672102100 | AppliancePartsPros.com

If you go to the Sears parts site they may have a parts breakdown of this unit.
They usually like to keep breakdowns to themselves.
Sounds like you are getting some cooling just not enough.
Check that the condenser/compressor fan is running.
Is the compressor running. You can usually hear it but should also be able to feel it vibrating.
I have a feeling that it is runnig all the time so do not be surprised if it also is very hot.

If it runs all the time, remove the cover inside the freezer so you can inspect the evaporator coils.
If partially frostedit may be a sealed system problem.
If heavily frosted/iced up then it is probably a defrost problem.

I did feel the compressor about a week ago and it is really hot. How do I remove the cover inside the freezer? Sorry, but I am not too good with this kind of thing. Thanks for your reply!!

Should be able to undo the screws holding it to the back and then pull it forward.

Some units hide screws under the edge seal.

Also tou may have to remove a screw for the center cooling channel and then move it up to release it from it's clips.

If tou go to the Sears parts site they will have parts breakdown drawings that may help.
