I have a kenmore electric cook top stove. Were working on moving the kitchen in our home. The stove worked perfect upon its move... now that it is in its new home with new wire it no longer works. The only thing that works is the display screen. None of the elements are working nor does the oven. What could be wrong any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Hi.

The general idea is to have 240VAC to the unit. Please check that. Also for the parts assistance provide the complete model number of the unit.

Thank you.

Simon.
