The dishwasher was here when we moved in, so I have no idea how old it truly is.

When I start the washer, it makes a clicking and grinding noise. This turns into a constant hum of grinding, and then seems to go away during the rinse cycle. Before today, it stopped when it got to the "normal" setting, or wouldn't happen at all. Today it decided to pick up the pace.
