As I review other responses to similar question, it is confusing. Can you tell me which parts to check for failure, in what order? Fuse? I don't want to replace more than I have to! Thanks.

The only thing you can check and still get the replacement is actuator.Located on the frame in the right upper corner. It's #39 on the diagram#6.
