Thanks for the info. This is what I needed. The noise is not real bad yet so I am going to suggest the folks who own this unit run it until it quits completely. An alternative that might be a cheap alternative is to buy a new washer and continue to use the dryer portion . Kind of a shame for this to go bad after only 5 years when they only use it for 3 or 4 loads a week
