My washer won't fill ..checked water hoses no leaks..electric is fine..it will agitate just wont fill with water any ideas?

Sounds like the unit thinks that it is already full.
Could be a bad fill switch (Item 12 in Section 4)

Unplug the unit and the V wire at the fill switch, set the timer to off.
Then measure it with a meter.
V to P should be 0 ohms.
V to T should be infinite ohms.
