Dryer did not turn on. We had a sketchy circuit breaker that tripped and then plugging the dryer in would trip it again. I replaced the circuit breaker and then the dryer worked with no heat.

I took it all apart cleaned out all the lint. I tested the thermostat and the thermal switch with the ohm meter and they tested fine.

Then I found that the dryer's heat element coil was broken. I replaced the coil with a a restring kit. It worked great for two loads and then it stopped heating again.

Any suggestions?

A model number may help others help you.

Though it is a GE so getting any tech info/wiring diagram will be difficult as it is a GE and they like to keep all info a secret.
If you have the wiring diagram it would be helpful if you could include it.

You will have to start over at the beginning.
So check the power to the unit first.
Then check the heating element and the thermostats for resistance.

You may have received a defective heating coil or it could be a bad thermostat that caused the coil to overheat and blow.
