This 17 yr old Maytag Washer is leaking water from the bottom of the Tub.Only during the rinse cycle.I thought it was the transmission but I was told I need a Seal Kit and a Bearing Kit. I am handy but is this a Huge job.Been out of work on disability need not spend.Please advise.

Nothing too big, but you will need a spinner ranch on the top of the parts.
