I have a kenmore stackable washer and dryer. We were washing a load of clothes the other day and started smelling a rubber burning smell. The motor spins, but the basket does not spin. I can turn the pulley by hand clockwise and the agitator turns, but cant turn it counter clock wise. Is it the transmission? Does anyone have any ideas?? Thanks for any advice.
