The dual size burner on the front right of my cooktop has stopped working. The burner ON light stays on all the time but the "hot" light does not ever come on. I think it is the surface element switch but I wanted to check before purchasing the replacement switch.

Thanks

The problem can be a bad switch as well as a bad heating element. Both parts have to be checked for continuity before you order anything.
