Kenmore dryer will start but quites after approx 10 minutes and will not star again until 30-40 minutes have passed.

Latch is good, timer is good, element is good.
Drum turn, there does seem some resistance or maybe I'm just getting weaker.

Sounds like the problem is a bad motor. It overheats and the overload protector turns it off until it cools down.
