With the door completely shut, no indicator/LED's are illuminated on the front display/membrane panel. When selecting/pushing ANY of the Sensor Wash Cycle buttons, each LED above the membrane button illuminates when individually pushed. When selecting/pushing ANY Options, the LED above each membrane button illuminates when individually pushed (Note: some Options are not meant to work with certain cycles so the LED blinks 2x and then turns off. Such as SaniRinse can not be selected with Light/China cycle). When any of the above are selected, the STATUS window shows - - . Indicator LED's to the far right are OFF (Sensing/Soak, Add a Dish, Water Heating, Clean, Sanitized). When the CANCEL button is pushed once, any selections chosen are cleared, all indicator LED's turn OFF. When the CANCEL button is pushed a second time, the DRAIN cycle starts and any water/liquid inside drains. All LED's above the membrane selections appear to be working. When the START button is pushed, nothing happens. HELP!

I am replying to this, because this is where I am exactly at now.... I have a thread going too; but you've described where I am at in the "game" to a "T". Today I replaced the control panel and tested the door microswitches with an OHMmeter and they worked; so I reinstalled into new control panel (which is not to be confused with a new control board - which I would also call a mother board). The new control panel is just a plastic shell with the membrane buttons.
My "wash" and "options" buttons light up as you state, but when you push "start" - none of the "start" LEDs light up at all. The cancel button lights up and works too. So, I am hoping that we can get some insight?:o
I can feel it in my gut that I can fix this myself; just need a little direction. (On my thread a nice person mentioned a heating element? so, would the start not light up if the heating element was dead? I don't know)

You may have already fixed yours, but I wanted to provide an update to this thread in case any one else does a similar search looking for outcomes.
I ended up replacing both the control board (which is plastic with membrane covering for buttons) and the control panel/user interface (which is a computer board that has the physical buttons on it.) This solved my problem - unfortunately these parts are some of the more expensive parts; but, they are very easily fixed - no reason to hire and pay someone $100/hr to do this. Really takes less than 30 minutes.
