:D Please help. My refrigerator has been standing and working in a house that I just bought. It's been there for 6 months without anyone at home. Now it isn't cooling at all. I vacumed underneath it and in the back but no change. There isn't frost anywhere. I replaced the water filter because that's easy for a novice to do. Help!! Thanks in advance.

Is it running? If it's running and sounding normal, it may have leaked out it's freon. If that's the case you will need a tech who can do some sealed system repairs.

Too go any further we're going to need a complete model number, which you will need to get off the ID plate.
