Good Evening,

My Whirlpool washer just stopped working. I had forgotten a load of laundry in the washer the other day & went downstairs to rewash it, so I could do more laundry. I pulled the knob out & nothing happened. I moved the knob to every area on the dial & still nothing. No clicks, no water, no spinning, nothing. I checked to see if the dryer was getting power & it was. I removed the dryer plug & plugged the washer into that outlet, still nothing. Really not looking forward to a laundromat experience tonite. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Deb

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Are you sure it is correct.

I looked at AppliancePartsPros and the Whirlpool site.

If this is a non North American unit then I probably will not be able to find any info.
You could check in the control console to see if they put a wiring diagram in there. You need a wiring diagram so you can see what parts could kill power to the unit.
