My washer is leaking water. I overloaded it, it stated to make noise. I stopped it and removed a blanket. Then restarted the cycle. As it tried to rinse, water started to leak from under the front of the water. It is not leaking from the door. Not sure what to do.

Take off the top and back which will give you access to the drain pump.

See if you can observe the leak while operating the machine. If it is not from the boot or front door it is likely in water valve assembly area or the drain hoses to the pump, the pump,or the drain hose out of the pump.

Here is a service manual which will show you how to access the pump area.

My husband opened it up and we found the part that is broken. Is is part DC67-00256. For the life of me I can not find the part anywhere. Samsung has terrible service and had the audacity to tell me that the part is no longer available eventhough the washer is still being sold. I am at my wits end. I am so frustrated. Anyone with advice as to what I should do or where I can try to find a part that they claim is no longer availalbe?

Can you tell us what that part is. Please describe it, and also if you can reference it with respect to the service manual (page; picture??) we may be able to track something down.

If you are reading a part number off of the part, it may not reference specifically to a parts catalogue, so lets see what exactly it is you are looking for.

Thanks
