My frig is always running. I even set the tem control to OFF and it won't stop! The condenser is clean, the drain is open. What do I do next?

The cold control (#242 on your parts breakdown) is bad, replace it. Take note when you replace it as to how the tube on the old control runs and be sure to route the new one the exact same way or the temperature may be off. Refrigerator repair guide

Thanks, I thought that item might be the culpret. However it is #424, I believe< in my parts breakdown, if we are talking about the same thing. Part AP3156221? Unfortunately you are out of stock. How long would I have to wait to get one?:confused:

Yes it is 424 sorry I wrote the wrong number. I don't work for this website but usually it takes about 5 to 7 working days to receive a backordered part.
