Refrigerator & freezer no cool air coming in either one & both are to warm. The condenser fan is running continuously. The coils and condenser have all been cleaned as well as the back of the unit.

When you open the freezer door do you hear the evaporator fan running?

Is there a frost build up on the back freezer wall?
