You can see how to do it on the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool dryer Model LGR7646EQ3 Here is the new dryer igniter and a step by step video on how to replace it: Part number: AP3094138 Good luck. Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/6/2007(UTC) Posts: 2		Thanks Gene that is exactly what I did and I discovered it was not the ignitor or the sensor but was the nonresettable fuse located in the back of the dryer. I have subsequently ordered the part from AP and hope to get it in short order. Thanks for the response.
