My right front burner has been slow to ignite, and recently stopped working altogether. I raised the top, cleaned things up, and now the left rear will not ignite. (All burners work and appear OK if you light them manually)
When I attempt to turn on the RF or LR the spark only appears on the LF, almost like there is some kind of misdirection. Please tell me what I need.

I had the same problem on one burner - lots of clicking but no fire.
It is actually an electrical-path-to-ground problem. The igniter is looking for the easiest path to ground. In a new stove, it is through the burner base that touches 3 stainless steel screws on the top that take the spark to ground (look how the base is made to touch all three screws - and you thought it was strange the burners were all keyed to fit only one way!). Over time, the ignitor puts a coating all along the "U" shaped channel that is closest to it. If this coating is not removed, the ignitor starts arcing to places other than it should. This causes "no-lighting" problems. Simply take a piece of steel wool and gently remove the coating around the U channel and you will be amazed at the performance after this simple fix. Also make sure those three legs are clean too as well as the stainless steel screw tops.

I had the same issue. Clicking of the ignitor and I could see it arcing, but the burner wouldn't light. I took the cap off and burner and cleaned the three screw heads and the u shaped area around the ignitor with steel wool. I also cleaned the small hole through the burner with a toothpick. Washed it and dryer it, then replaced everything and it works! Thanks OLDJAY!

Here's something that causes a burner not to ignite, even though the ignitor seems to be sparking perfectly - that I haven't seen explained well here or anywhere else. You may think you've cleaned the burner well. But if you haven't taken a pin or a sewing needle and made sure the tiny hole just inside the housing where the ignitor sits, you haven't cleaned it well enough. Page 28 of the following shows you where the hole is. My front burner hasn't worked in probably 4 months. I got so sick of lighting a match everytime I wanted to use that burner I finally dug a little. And it took some doing because no DIY message board or parts supplies place with a help section even MENTIONS this tiny hole. I now have all 4 burners working. (For the record, it got clogged when I tried to make caramel. Cooked on sugar. Nothin' like it.) http://products.geapplia...&Name=49-85057-1.pdf
