Water seems to be leaking in the back of our freezer and then gathering/freezing around the fan. Any suggestions on a fix?

Hi.

See if you can determine from which side the water is going down.
From the left - check the ice maker inlet tube position, from the right - check if there is ice building around air damper.
That would normally mean that the fresh food door seal is leaking warm air from outside.
Check this things and post the results.

Thank you.

Simon.

The water is definitely coming from the left side. How do I go about checking the inlet tube?

Hi.

Check if the tube is positioned in the icemaker correctly and not causing back splash. Adjust if needed.

Thank you.

Simon.

Go in the back of the fridg. If you have a dual water solenoid, temporarily swap the connectors. Then, activate the water fountain with the door open and the door switch closed. Then look for the problem, probably a partial ice jam in the icemaker fill tube.
