Frigidaire Portable Dishwasher won't drain

We replaced the motor and seal on the dishwasher and now it will not drain. Fills with water, goes through wash cycle. When it is time for it to drain it doesn't, but it leaks on the floor. What could have possibly gone wrong? We didn't touch any hoses, just replaced the motor and seal and put it back together. PLEASE HELP
