Help my washer won't work! It did two loads of wash, on the third load I got an error code F28 and the door was unlockable. Tried the cancel button per the manual, didn't unlocked. Cannot unplug so tripped the breaker still did not unlock. Got top off, and bottom panel off found the release up under lock and was able to open door. Light still lite like it's locked but door wide open, when closed and try to use it beeps like the latch isn't closed. Other thing I noticed is weird, shorting out sound when powering machine up. Kind of a sizzling sound, not always but sometimes...l was given a part number when I called for door latch, AP3968085 thank you!!
