I bought a belt for my GE Model# DPSF495GWOWW gas dryer and it is too long or I my not doing something correct in threding it on. The part number of the belt is WE12M29. I called them and they said to come here for the answer. Any help would be GREAT. THANKS, Dan

Hi Dan

I think you have the right belt, look at the sticky at the top of the Dryer Forum and you should see a diagram as to how your belt goes on.
