Here are your parts
Replacement parts for Frigidaire FDB710LCS0 Frigidaire/dishwasher | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is the tech sheet.

Here is a manual although it does not list your unit it should be a close match.

You may be able to find a manual for this unit by looking through the Frigidaire units in the "Downloads"

If the wash pump makes no noise at all, then you will have to check if it is getting 120 volts when it should.
If it gets voltage and makes no noise then it is toast.

If it makes noise then perhaps it is just dirt or jammed. Open up the pump assemble and check it.
If it is OK then odds are the pump is toast.

If it is not getting any voltage then odds are that itis a timer problem.
