The terminals on the left-side bridge element, part number WCI 318258201, are not the same as on the original. Nor are the markings on the replacement terminals similar. Can you describe how I should connect this wiring? Does it hurt to move the wiring between posts on similar terminals to see if I can get the elements to heat? Before replacement, only the front element (of three elements in the unit) didn't work; now, with the new element installed as thought best, none of the three elements work and only the hot surface warning light goes on when the knobs are turned.
