after the washer has completed entire cycle and wash is done i must remove clothes immediately because water continues to drip slowly onto the washed clothes and eventually will soak them any help on whats causing this problem will be greatly appreciated

Looks like you're needing a new water inlet valve. See below picture with part #. It's the part the hot and cold inlet hose's attach to on the back of the unit.
