My electric dryer will start off with hot air, then cools down, leaving the clothes not dried; vent all clean. Does this mean my heating element is OK but the Thermostat is bad? Where should i check first

What is the complete model number of the dryer?

How do you know the vent is clean?

Gene.

I checked all the vents; pulled the back off; checked the sensors(now it is heating all the way) must have been a stuck sensor. Kenmore 10068532700
