Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/18/2009(UTC) Posts: 2		I have a Whirlpool Dryer that has quit on me. I went to the garage and felt the whole dreyer was REALLY hot. I stopped it and opened the door. Closed it and went to start it again and it wouldn't start. I checked the fuse and I can hear power going to it when I push the start button. There just seems to be no response from it. Anyone have an idea of what it could be? Thank you very much for your time.

Thank you very much for your time. What fuse are you referring too that you can hear power goint to? Is it a hum you're hearing when you push the start button?
