My Whirlpool washer is our of balance. it will spine if tub is empty but if you add clothes it will wobble so bad it shuts off. Tub is also out of center when washer is sitting empty

Hi,

I would check the springs to see if one come loose.

I notice you listed it as less then a year old.
If that is the case you should call for service and have it repaired under warranty.

Also make sure the shipping strap has been removed.
