My oven gasket needs replacing, it is on the oven and NOT on the door, how do I do this and I also have a gasket but I don't think it is the right one.

You will have to remove the back panel of the stove (make sure it is unplugged or fuses/breakers are off). You will have to loosen the oven liner to get the old gasket out and install the new gasket. After the back panel is off look for two threaded rods coming out of the back of the oven (one on the left and one on the right). They will have nuts on them. Loosen each nut the same amount till they are approx 1/4 inch away from the back of the oven. DO NOT TAKE THE NUTS COMPLETELY OFF!! Go to the front of the stove and gently (using flat screw driver) pry the liner away from the frame so you can remove the gasket. Install the new gasket evenly so each side is the same length. Push the liner back in, some force may be necessary then snug the nuts back up on the back. Reinstall back panel, supply power to your stove and your done. Hope this helps.
