Hello,
I accidentally left my freezer door slightly ajar 2 nights ago for the entire night. The next day morning, we closed the door and since then our Ice Maker has not worked.
It is a bottom freezer regrigerator and ice maker has a On/Off switch and a selector button to switch between large, medium, small sizes. The green light on the ice maker is still on.
Any help in trying to diagnose the problem will help. I have tried the manual but the only viable step is to check the water line. We haven't done anything to the water line, so I assume it is working ok. But if I do have to check it, please help me with steps.
