 Save my life, really the wife has been great about doing dishes for weeks. So I really need to know FROM ANYONE that knows is which is the fault (error) light the Steady on or Blinking? But if you know what it may indicate I would Appreciate the help.:D

1) Running initial "test program" (pressing the Power Scrub and the Rinse & Hold buttons and then Start button) I get Regular Wash light displaying steady and Rinse & Hold blinking. Which is the fault (error) light steady or blinking ???

2) Then when pressed a second time (Power Scrub and Rinse & Hold buttons) BOTH Power Scrub and Regular Wash light are displayed blinking and Rinse & Hold has NO light displayed.
Thanks Rudy

Blwd,
Did you feel the buttons "click" when you pressed them ? The "flashing" light is the button that is faulty. Did the test program run, and did you have any flashing lights afterwords, if not then the control did not detect any faults or failures in the dishwasher.
You will need to dismantle the control panel assembly and check the buttons and actuators on the control assembly for breakage, loose, deformed, etc. If all's OK, you'll need a control assembly,

Thanks and Good Luck,

Thanks everyone, @ $175 for a part with little assurance it will fix it for years, I guess it goes to Goodwill and we buy another one. Too bad we have such unreliable products. No more Bosch for us. Guess we by the cheapest and haul it to the dump in a few years. So for being grumpy about it on your fine site.
Thanks Rudy

Rudy,

Sorry for the disappointment.
A lot of people have the same feelings, it can get frustrating.

Good Luck,
