I place a thermometer infridge and temp reads 40 degrees. Alarm still going off. Freezer seems to be fine no frost buildup. Help me shut off this ALARM PLEASE!!!:mad:

You mentioned that the refrigerator is less than a year old. If this is correct, then call the manufacturer for the warranty service. Gene.
