My unit is not cooling. I hear a clicking sound every 1 or 2 mins, which I assume is the relay kicking in. The motor is on and the fan is opperational. I feel air from the fan in the freezer, but no cool air. I have replaced the start relay and capacitor, but there was no change.
What do you think?

If you replaced the overload/start relay with the factory specified part, you probably have a bad compressor. An amprobe check would confirm, either a burnt start winding or varnish buildup in the compressor.
