Hi folks: Our Kenmore gas dryer starts, heats up, then shuts off after 5 - 10 minutes. I checked the high temp t stat at the exhaust port and linear t stat above it for continuity, and they both read closed. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jim

Hi folks:

I found the fix for this. I replaced both gas valve coils (Appliance Parts Pros Part # AP3094251, $14.89), and it fixed the problem. Surgery was only about 10 minutes. Thanks to all, Jim
