I need to know how to remove the ice/water dispensor assembly so I can get to the water actuator and replace it.

It is actually pretty easy. On my refrigerator, there were two small screws on the bottom side of the 'frame' surrounding the ice/water dispenser area of the fridge. On the left and right sides, there were these little tabs that I used a flat screwdriver to push in; then it popped off. You should turn the power off, then unscrew the two screws which hold the electrical section near the top of this area. Once you take this down, you'll see how everything attaches (very simply with just a few screws) and can replace them. Good luck!:)
