The freezer side door closes OK but it ends up about3/8 ths of an inch higher than the other one. I have studied the top and the bottom and it just raises itself at the end (just before it closes)..with a little click as it were. Something is out of alignment, but I am baffled! Thanks for any help. I have successfuly fixed my dishwasher and oven with the help of this forum so far (and of course ordered all my parts here as well. !!:) !!

I am assuming that the water supply passes through the cam ?? Does anyone have some guidance as to how to remove the door and disconnect the water? Tnanks.

The first thing I would do is check if the fresh food door adjustment will help. If it would not then check the cam risers (the fresh food door - first). The file with the complete instructions is attached to the reply.

I will study this....Nothing is leaking it's just weird, as I close the door it kind of hits a bump and then raises itself up almost half an inch as it finally closes. ......BTW With your help I fixed my oven today!! What a great service you provide...plus the hinges arrived overnight...Probably helps that I'm in California...anyway grateful thanks me!! You helped me on my dishwasher too last year.

Hi Gene....I am planning on replacing the cam riser on the freezer side...Only one further question....When I disconnect the water line (using the quick connector) will this stop the water flow, or is there another shut off valve I need to locate.Thanks....(a British guy working on an American Fridge)!! There is a water tank inside the fresh food compartment and as soon as you'll disconnect the water line, water will flow out of the tube. You can put the end of the tube in a pan.
