Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/8/2009(UTC) Posts: 2		When moving several weeks ago the top to my Kenmore dryer got dented and the drum would hit making a loud scraping noise. A friend of mine removed the back and hit the top from underneath with his hand and got it popped up enough to prevent the scraping. Everything worked fine until I put a basket of laundry on top of the dryer and now it's making the scraping noise again. My friend is unavailable to come over to fix it again for a while. I would like to lift the top up so I could get the dent popped out better this time. Would this be something that I could easily do myself? Would it be too complicated to lift the top? Thank you for your help.
