The soap dispenser frequently doesn't open properly, even with tablets. :mad:
Dishwasher is just over 1 year old. Any thoughts/tips?

Check if anything interferes with the lid.

In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the dishwasher.

Have you found out what to do about your soap dispenser yet. I have the same problem and can't seem to get any answers from Sears.
