The control light remains on disabling all controls so will not start When you hold reset button flickers but will not turn off Tried cutting power from breaker for > 30 min but will not reset.

I am attaching a copy of the tech sheet for your model number. You will need to test the control panel ribbon cable and see if it is good. If it passes the test, you will need to replace the control board. If it fails, you will replace the control panel. You can test this with a multi-meter [AP3873826]. Do you know what has to be removed to access the ribbon cable thanks

Yes, you will need to remove the inner door panel to access the ribbon cable and the control board. Make sure the power is disconnected before doing so. Hope this helps.
